Meet Our Team

Dr. Jeff graduated from the University of Missouri in 2001 with a degree in Animal Sciences then completed veterinary school in 2006. Since that time I have been practicing at Creekwood.
His favorite areas of veterinary medicine are surgery, dentistry and dermatology.
His hobbies include home improvement, riding horses and classic cars, and spending time with his wife Amy and his daughter. 
Dr Jeff has a dog, Rosie an Australian Shepherd, and a cat, named Alice.

Dr. Green first came to Creekwood Animal Hospital in 2006 as a shadowing student. You may remember seeing her following the doctors around or helping out behind the front desk. She completed her undergraduate studies at SIU Carbondale in 2016 and graduated from the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine in May of 2020. In her free time Dr. Green enjoys spending time with Dov, her German Shepherd, watching motorcycle racing, bass fishing, and volunteering with a local German Shepherd rescue. 
Dr. Green is excited to come back to where it all started for her, and to help provide care to Creekwood's wonderful clients and patients! 
Favorite part of your job: Dentistry, cardiology, and diagnostic ultrasonography 

Tori originally started her journey at Creekwood in 2010 as a veterinary technician extern from the Vet Tech Institute. She came back after graduating with a BS in Business Management in 2020.
Her hobbies include showing in conformation and obedience with her pack of Bernese Mountain Dogs.  She also enjoys sewing, painting, fishing, video games, and cars. Along with her pack of berners she has 2 cats and some chickens. Tori also enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and son. 
Areas of interest include: Theriogenology, Oncology, and Genetics. 
Favorite part of the job: Talking with clients and getting to see the amazing relationship people have with their pets.

Cindy has been at Creekwood Animal Hospital since 1989. She took a few year off to raise her family and came back! She has two dogs Stella, a pit bull, and Lois, a miniature schnauzer. 
Her favorite part of the job is watching sick patients get well knowing that we helped!
Cindy loves to go camping in her free time as well as crafts, bike riding, watching movies, gym time, and long walks with her fur babies!

Lily joined Creekwood Animal Hospital in May of 2023. Lily has 6 cats, Pepper, Sox, Mila, Uthred, Tink, and Toothless. She also has two dogs named Mike and Buddy. Lily was a client of ours for years and was able to follow her dream of working with animals. Lily has over 17 years experience with horses and loves spending time with her animals and being outdoors.

Becky joined our team in 2020. She is a long time lover of dogs and currently have an English Bulldog. She is a mother of 2 and has a grandchild. Becky enjoys being around the animals and will be the first one at the door to greet them as they come into the clinic. Her hobbies include yard care, home, improvements, crafting and taking care of chickens. Becky's life motto is "always try to leave them with a smile".

Rhonda is one of our Client Service Representatives.  She joined the team in November of 2011. After retiring from 35 years of teaching, she needed a little something to do. Rhonda had been a client since the early 70s and continued to follow Creekwood even after the move to Pontoon Beach. One day when she was in, she told Sara that she needed something to do, and didn't care about hours or pay. She just thought it might be interesting to work at Creekwood part-time. A few years later Sara called, and Rhonda started working officially in November of 2011. She still considers this her pleasure job. You can often find her taking care of family and just enjoying life! 

Paulette joined the team in September 2022. She has been in the veterinary industry for over 9 years. She is originally from Puerto Rico and moved to the states in 2006. Paulette is bilingual and speaks Spanish. She loves helping clients and working through the language barrier! In her down time she loves spending time with her family and working on crafts. Paulette is great at sewing and is always looking for a new craft to work on!

Haley first came to Creekwood Animal Hospital in 2021 as a shadowing high school student. She officially joined our team as a Veterinary Assistant November of 2022. Haley has 2 cats named Boaz & Simba. She also has 2 dogs named Ruthie & Jedediah.  Haley loves working in the vet field and learning new things everyday!  Haley aspires to become a Veterinary Technician and help as many animals as possible! 

Heidi's joined the CAH team in 2024. She has been in the vet field since 2012. Heidi and animals have been drawn together since she was a small child. She strives to make every animal feel safe loved when they walk in the door, and hopes to make their owners feel welcome and to help them understand their
for babies. She is happily married with two beautiful funny daughters.
She is a artist, that strives to make the world a more beautiful place. She is also a fur baby mother to 2 dogs Athena and Pony, 2 cats Meeko and Binx & a piff the magic dragon (aka a bearded dragon).
